This Just In: Gaza kids set new world record

The children of Gaza, for the second straight year, mostly likely have set a Guinness World Record.

This year, it was for the most balls bounced simultaneously. Last year, according to Guinness, 3,710 children held onto their brightly papered, homemade kites, besting the previous record of 967 kite flyers from Germany.

The official word from Guinness on this newest record will come in a few weeks, event organizers say. The effort was part of the summer camp program run by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency.
